It means exactly what it looks like do you want me to write it again. It was a strenuous process the first time but I think I can manage it just for you.

The latter. It's been my impression that a mouth is needed for singing but it's possible I've been misled.

Yes, that is true. But it's not that common not to have a mouth... I guess you could use your hands to make music though.
